Daryl Blanchett
President

Born and raised in the Sign Industry, Daryl Blanchett is the third generation to lead Blanchett. Having joined the company in 1987, he was named president in 1999 and has continued to grow the organization since.
Recognized as Sign Professional of the Year in 2017 by the Sign Association of Canada, Daryl is a past president of Edmonton Executives Association and past vice-president of the Alberta Sign Association.

Part of the fourth generation at Blanchett Neon, Taylor works closely alongside senior management to develop, demonstrate, and execute our vision of excellence every single day.
A founding member of the Sign Association of Canada’s Young Professionals Network, Taylor is passionately driven to promote the sign industry, and was formally recognized as part of the next generation of industry leaders by being named to the ISA Elite Class of 2018.
Darcy McKay

Darcy brings with him 18 years of operations experience in manufacturing, custom fabrication, and commercial coatings with a depth of knowledge in fabrication, field operations, operational efficiency improvement and supply chain. Most recently, Darcy was with Blue Falls Manufacturing (Arctic Spas) where he focused on manufacturing efficiencies, supply chain cost reductions and optimizing inter company communications and cross training, leading a team of 80 across three fabrication facilities. Darcy is no stranger to a high quality, high efficiency product and we look forward to all Darcy will bring to Blanchett.
Quentin Ebertz

Quentin is a seasoned salesperson and sales leader, with over 15 years of business-to-business sales experience across Western Canada. Quentin has built high performing sales teams from scratch in many industries, including industrial, oil & gas, lubricants, heavy equipment, consumer packaged goods, supplies, and safety, personally closing multi-million-dollar accounts while managing sales teams and regional growth targets. Quentin joins us from Westerra Equipment where he was the Rentals and Sales Manager since 2023.

With 14 years of graphic design experience, Rob has been in his current role of account manager for over 13 years, specializing in comprehensive signage applications, electronic signage, and corporate solutions.
Ian Alvarado

Ian has over 17 years construction industry experience with a background in Project Coordination and Project Management.
Ian has coordinated and managed both small and large scale project ranging from $100K – $16Million. Typical duties include managing subcontractors, document control, scope of work scheduling, point of contact for subtrades, and general project oversight.

Sean is an Engineering graduate from the University of Alberta with a strong background in the construction industry. With over 5 years of experience in commercial construction and oil and gas industries, Sean has managed a variety of projects and subcontract agreements ranging from $1 MM to $10 MM.
Sean is excited to bring a fresh perspective to the sign industry and contribute to the timely delivery of structurally sound and compliant solutions to every project.

Tim has 45 years experience in Logistics, Material Handling and Inventory Control in the Signage, Agricultural Manufacturing and Petroleum Handling Industries.

Bringing over 15 years of project management experience to the role, Matt excels as Install Coordinator for custom signage at Blanchett Signage Solutions. He oversees every stage of the installation process—from scheduling and logistics to on-site execution—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to exact client specifications. Drawing on a strong background in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams, Matt combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination to turn creative signage concepts into striking finished installations that exceed expectations.

internal controls are in place to meet the needs of the business and all
stakeholders.
